Adding a Lock Box to a Listing in BrokerBay

To add a lock box to a listing, you must first add it to Master Lock Vault Enterprise.  To add a lock box you must use the BrokerBay web site, this can not be done in the BrokerBay app at this time.  To learn more about this process see the article: Adding a Lock to Master Lock Vault Enterprise.

Locate BrokerBay Sharing Code and Device ID

1. Login to Master Lock® Vault Enterprise and Register Your Lock Box
2. Locate BrokerBay Sharing Code on the Vault Enterprise App
   • On the “Locks” tab in the app, tap on your lock box to view the lock details
   • Under Settings, tap the “About This Lock” option
   • Tap the “Purchased Links” option to display the BrokerBay sharing code
3. Locate BrokerBay Sharing Code on the Vault Enterprise Website
   • On the “Locks” tab on the website, click on the lock box name to view the lock details
   • Under the “Settings” sub tab, locate the “Purchased Links” information that displays the BrokerBay sharing code
4. The Device ID is can be found in multiple areas
   • On the bottom of the lock box and within the lock instructions
   • On the Vault Enterprise Lock list and lock details screen after it has been registered

Link your Lock Box to BrokerBay using the Lock Box Sharing Code and Device ID.

1. Login to BrokerBay and click on your profile picture to view more details
2. Click on the “Lock Boxes” option to open the “Manage Lock Boxes” page
3. Click the “+ New Lock Box” button on the top right to open the “Add New Lock Box” page
4. On the Lock Box Details screen, enter the following information, and click save:
   • Brand: Master Lock
   • Assign to agent: Select individual
   • Serial #: Lock Box Device ID found on bottom of lock box and instructions
   • Sharing Code: Found on Master Lock Vault Enterprise lock details

Add Lock Box to your BrokerBay Listing

1. Login to BrokerBay and view listing details
2. View Appointments and select "Configure Appointments"
3. Under the Access Type section, select Master Lock and choose from your connected lock box list
4. The lock box is now in use on this listing
5. Broker Bay will store an inventory of your lock boxes, so in the future you can easily assign the lock box to another listing
