Account administrators can view and update the permissions for all standard users and group admins within their organization from the Vault Enterprise website. Please note, any changes made to the account settings will apply to all users within the organization.
- Login to enterprise.masterlockvault.com as an account administrator
- Click on the settings gear icon in the top right corner
- View the "Standard Users" and "Group Admin" subtabs to verify the current Bluetooth access schedule and permission settings
- To make changes, view each subtab and click the "Edit" button located on the left
- To update the schedule days, toggle on or off each day to grant or block Bluetooth access by day
- To update the schedule time, update the start and end times for Bluetooth access to the schedule days that are toggled on
- To update the permissions, click the check box next to the permissions you would like to allow
- To save the changes, click the "Save" button located on the left before exiting
- Repeat for both the "Standard Users" and "Group Admin" subtabs as needed
- Once complete, the settings update will apply to all Standard Users and Group Users within the organization
