Firmware Update Troubleshooting Tips
- If the firmware update is started and gets interrupted, such as walking away during the firmware update or if the data/wifi cuts out, the lock will go into bootloader mode.
- If a lock is in bootloader mode it cannot be locked/unlocked via Bluetooth or codes until the firmware update is completed.
- Wake up the lock and re-initiate the firmware update making sure to stay by the lock and stay online.
